If an object runs at the speed of light, it will take up to 15000 years to reach the Milky Way Galaxy, so is the photo shown by NASA wrong.  Along with the planets of our galaxy, the Hubble telescope had also taken pictures of many nearby galaxies, by looking at the major point, scientists had found out what our galaxy would be like, and when it comes to color, they can come from radio telescopes.  With the help of computers and graphics, the wavelengths of those colors have been created by mixing the waves of those colors together.  The photo shown to us is based on computer estimation and theory of the universe.  Not only our galaxy, but other planets and galaxies have been created by editing the photo from the wavelength coming from it.
